By creating an account or using CloudFetch, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using CloudFetch on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account Responsibilities & Security

• You must be 18 years or older to use CloudFetch.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• When linking Third-Party API keys or logging in via OAuth (Google, Meta, GitHub), you agree to abide by their terms as well.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations.
• Use CloudFetch for arbitrary spam, bulk messaging, or unauthorized phishing.
• Distribute malware, harmful content, or exploit the API keys provided.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or circumvent usage limits.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
• Prices and subscription plans may change with 30 days notice.

5. Termination & Data Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account and request complete verifiable data removal at any time through our Data Deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use CloudFetch and any linked third-party integration routing ceases immediately.
